Against this backdrop of violence, exactly three months later, in the Parliament House Annexure on 6 March 1993 that twenty-two eminent personalities were invited to participate in a seminar organised by Jaswant Singh, to discuss the prevailing issues under an agenda entitled 'Our Republic: Post 6 December, 1992'.
