The incantation of security and conflict in the conventional note of realism and neo-realism impervious to the devastating threats from the environmental crisis more catastrophic than the sovereignty bound militaristic states, has during these decades dominated the global security narrative. The attic of this project transfigured into a book has been founded on the bedrock of this nontraditional causes of violent conflict in South Asia and Middle East over environmental scarcity of the perennially flowing rivers, the natural course of which has not been in congruity with these territorially carved out states by the colonial masters.
