Part III, Library Professionals and Professional Associations, contains three articles relating to role and professional requirements of LIS professionals and professional associations. Part IV, Public Libraries, has two articles which are based on the practical experience and research study. Part V, Information Users and User Studies, contains six research papers on various information user groups and their use of a variety of information sources. Part VI, Library Provisions and Access Possibilities, with four papers, discusses various modern information sources provided in the libraries and the tools and techniques related to them. Part VII, The Open Source Philosophy, contains three informative articles relating to various open source application possibilities. The volume will prove to be a good contribution in the field of Library and Information Science and will add more information to the existing treasure of knowledge in LIS.
