Labour Migration to Kerala: The Employers’ Perspective presents a new way of observing labour migration to a state or place. The book is one of the pioneer attempts to study and analyse the labour migration in Kerala from the employers’ view point. Kerala-Gulf diaspora and its wide-reaching impacts are well known worldwide. Now the trend and pattern of migratory movements has changed in the state.
